Saisons are usually all about yeast expression that comes from very high fermentation temps. But, for this saison, we decided to take it up a notch with some fruit- because why not? Subtly is the name of the game for this style, so, the guava additions were restrained. Don’t underestimate this beer though, it’ll give your beer boredom a run for its money.

Wings of Flight
In proper GC form we have yet another single hop IPA. With only Strata hops throughout, from kettle to dry hop, passion fruit says hi to cannabis in this satiating example of a brite citrus and dank West Coastness IPA (no cannabis was used in the making of this beer).

Rye Not
Using specialty malt from Simpson's, Crystal Red Rye, that has descriptions of toasted dark bread, autumnal sweetness, and rich malt, we made a delightful twist on the everyday pumpkin spice beer. The use of this crystal malt along with a few other dark malts made for a rich and flavorful backbone to support the spices added: ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. The spicing was intentionally left low to remind you that you're still drinking a beer, but with the taste of pumpkin spice that you crave in the fall months.

Cherry Springer
Sweet and spicy! Using our usual sour base beer, but with a higher ABV to warm the bones on these chillier months, we added a large amount of cherry pureé and loads of cinnamon sticks to this brew. The result is a slightly sweet beer, loaded with dark sweet cherry flavor and hints of cinnamon in the nose, and a small spice on the finish.

Ok, we know you’re gonna say that super light beer doesn’t belong to the craft beer industry, and that style should be left to the big brewers. Light beer smight beer. Well, we don’t like being told what to do. So, we made an American light lager that not only competes with the big brewers, but we think it’s better. Made with locally grown and malted pilsner malt, flaked corn, and Wakatu hops. This lil guy is a refreshing and delicious take on beers you’ve had a hundred times, but didn’t know they could actually taste good.

Butcher’s Cut
What a lovely example of an old fashioned (1990's) pale ale made relevant to today's tastes. Brewed with enormous amounts of Amarillo hops, but done so at hop stand temperatures (180 degrees or lower) in order to extract flavor and aroma without too much bitterness. Whole cone Amarillo was allowed to steep in our patent pending "Hop Tub" for over an hour to extract every drop of hoppy goodness resulting in a funkalicious beer with a huge citrusy lemony punch!

Money Tree
This New England IPA is made hazy, fruity, and with a very low bitterness. The descriptor juicy embodies this beer. Made with 100% Belma hops, fruits like strawberry and melon pop from the glass. If you like NEIPA this is not a beer to miss.

Suzette the Grisette
Saison light! Technically this style is called a Grisette, but is essentially a low ABV saison made for a refreshing and less intoxicating beverage. Made with the Saison DuPont yeast strain and 100% light pilsner malt the yeast does all the talking. Floral aromatics combine with fruity esters reminiscent of faint whiffs of bubble gum.

In the 1970's the brewers who made Märzen style Oktoberfest (a dark and slightly robust lager) decided they needed to stay relevant to modern taste, and started producing a lighter and more quaffable beer. The style that was born is called Festbier, and luckily for our customers we produce both styles of beer.

Pickle Rick
Ok, strange beer here, but bear with us. It may be kooky, but this kettle soured beer is dosed with all the pickle herbs that make for a strangely satiating good time. Coriander, Bay leaf, mustard seed, and a little salt are kettle additions on brew day. Shortly thereafter, it’s dry hopped with Sorachi Ace hops (silly but very Dilly). Even the pickle haters are pleasantly surprised by this one.

Swiftness
Step right into flavürtown alongside our staff AND customer favorites. Our traditional Märzen style Oktoberfest beer will make you want more at first sip. Made with Munich malt, a slightly more roasted base grain, that imparts cracker, english biscuit, and toasted bread. Then, we lagered it to give you the clean finish that’s made for liter drinking. Prost!

Pam Across The Street
Our very robust porter that’s named after our favorite neighbor. This beer is made with tons of Chocolate malt, crystal malt (light and heritage from Simpsons), and coffee malt. The grain bill makes for a slight hint of coffee with tons of chocolate. A slightly sweet finish and higher alcohol makes for an excellent fall and winter beer to warm up any cold day.
