Rubus, a fruity sour from Golden Cactus Brewing—a super chill brewery in Roanoke, Virginia.

One of our recurring favorite beers, Rubus, is a heavily fruited raspberry beer that’s been kettle soured. We added a touch of coriander in the boil to add to complexity, and give it the slight citrus bump it needs to compliment its sourness. Light, bright, and tasty, Rubus is the beer for people who think they don’t like beer.
